I love how this isn’t “how to draw women’s calves in high heels” it’s “Female Calf Muscles”.  And he actually says: “because high heeled shoes force the calf into a flexing state” as if high heels are just… growing out of our feet. 

Anyway, ignoring that, here we’ve got a girl with her butt facing us of course.   Wanna learn how to draw women’s legs and calves with her in an action pose or facing us?  Too bad.  You want to be a comic artist after all right?   Then this is the perspective you’re gonna be drawing most women from.

I’m also trying to figure out the story behind that pose.  I wonder what she’s doing.  Intergalactic dance championships?
